SHEPARD'S PIE

Ingredients

Ground beef 2.5 pounds

Potatoes 12

Fire roasted diced tomatoes 2 14.5 oz cans

Beef gravy 12 oz 

Frozen White sweet corn 2 cups

Garlic powder 1/4 tsp

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Brown Ground beef

Garlic powder

Pepper

Add fire roasted diced tomatoes

Add Frozen White sweet corn

Let simmer for 10 or so minutes

Put into casserole dish

Top meat with whipped potatoes

325° for 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned

Whip the potatoes

1 Stick of butter

2 cups of milk

Salt and pepper to taste
